As many of you will have noticed by now we have started the process of interviewing members of staff for benchmark roles. There will be approximately 140+ benchmark roles although this is likely to rise. The interviews are conducted by 2 trained role analysts (one from a union and 1 from HR) in an informal manner and so far the feedback has been positive. Approximately 12% of the interviews have been completed and it is envisaged to finish interviews by the end of Feb / start of Mar.
