View a copy of the PTAAS pay claim. The first set of negotiations on the claim took place on 28th Mar at JNCHES. The Employers side responded to the claim on the pay but other elements will be responded to at a further meeting. On pay, the initial offer was a two year deal of 6% with 3% each year on the national pay spine. This was rejected by PTAAS negotiators as they are not meeting the cash elements in the claim. A further set of meetings are being arranged for 25th April. I will write to you again following that meeting.
